To anyone hoping to book - as from 20.5.07 I have had to take the decision to increase all the deposits on the Villas due to several non payers this season - If you no longer want to book your chosen Villa for whatever reason PLEASE tell me asap because if its within the specfied 10 weeks of your holiday you WILL have to pay the full amount of which will be sought after through the small claims Courts. Terms & conditions - Please read carefully Every care has been taken to offer you Quality Menorca Villas and a Great Menorca Holiday but it is the sole responsibility of the Owner & their Management Team to ensure their Villa is well Maintained and Managed and any disputes will be directed to them. Any Villa proved not to be complying with our standards will be immediately removed from the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure everyone travelling has adequate Travel Insurance, and also E1 11 Forms are available from the Post office and are recommended when travelling within the EU. Unfortunately deposits are not refundable and if your holiday is cancelled for any reason of departure we are unable to offer you a refund accordingly if your Booking is cancelled after the due date of your balance the full amount will be payable or if payment has already been taken we are unable to refund. We would suggest adequate holiday insurance to cover you in this instance. We hope you enjoy your stay in the Villas as much as we as owners do and trust that you will treat each property with respect and responsibilty. Any guests not found to be doing this can be ejected from the Villa by either The Villa Manager or by force of the local Police if needs be, this would result in you also being ejected from the Island. On vacating your Villa please check your villa very carefully as the Villa cleans are so quick many items left behind will just be thrown away and obviously we don't want anyone losing anything precious, so please double check your Villa on departure. Security Deposits as from 10.9.06 Not all but some of the Villas now require a Security deposit (it will state on each Villa page), due to the increasing numbers of unreported damage and breakages and the general standard the Villas have been left in has brought us to the decision that regretfully we have to ask for Security Deposits. A deposit of £100 per booking will be required which will be payable with your balance to Menorca Villa Rentals. This will then be refunded within 1 week of your return once the ok has been given from the Villa Manager. Of course we understand that accidents happen and incidents such as broken plates, cups etc. will not be taken out of your deposit but we'd really appreciate if there are damage to smaller or larger items eg. mattresses, beds or outside furniture that they be reported to the Villa Manager atleast so we can make sure they are replaced before the new guests arrive. Please let me take this oppurtunity to thank you in advance for taking good care of our Villas during your stay. Departure Times & Arrivals They are stated clearly on each Villa Page and these times are unfortunately non negotiable. Please book your flights accordingly expecially if you have small children. We do our best to get you in your Villa as soon as possible but due to the high number of Villa cleans and how the Villas have been left this is not always possible. The time stated for access is the LATEST you will get in but the departure time which us usually 10am is non negoitable. Booking Procedure I do update the rates and availability every day but please double check that your chosen Villa is available before booking any flights, you can call me on 02380 614739 or e mail me bekzj@yahoo.co.uk When you have confirmed availability with me please fill in the online booking form and press submit. I will then contact you with the details of where to send your deposit. I can accept payment by Cheque, Bankers Draft or a Direct Bank Transfer which ever you prefer. Once i have received your deposit I will e mail you a reciept and details of the balance of your holiday and the date which it is due. When you have paid your final balance you will then receive all the access details for your chosen Villa and the directions. Villa Prices Each Villa is priced individually by the owner, the owner also decides on the deposit required and when the balance is due. Each Villa varies so please read your Villa page carefully for all these details. UK Freeview or Sky TV in Menorca Please be aware that during your stay if you use the TV, as you are in a foreign country trying to watch UK channels at times there can be an intermitent signal weakness, usually in the evening. If this happens with ITV or BBC you can rectify this by going to Other Channels on the Menu and selecting a different region eg. BBC Wales. This usually allows you to watch again easily but if not the Villa Manager is just a phone call away and will be happy to help. We have huge Satelite dishes to try and prevent this but I can't make any guarantees that this problem won't occur at some point during your stay as UK TV is really only meant to be watched in the UK.
